I didn't get the roof work done this weekend, but I did manage to patch the hole my leg went through. I thought it only fitting to use the seller's sign. LOL!

We discovered a vintage 1924 Mediterranean Revival home located in Central Oaks Park of St. Petersburg. It is near I-275, 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the beach, and 1 minute from a bus stop! It is small: 900 sq. ft, but ample. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, an office, a living room (fireplace), a formal dining room and a detached garage. It has 9 foot ceilings, hardwood floors and cedar lined closets. This 85-year-old home needs a lot of work; but is a labor of love.
